Warranty Policy

At TacType, we stand behind our products with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product malfunctions due to a verified defect during this period, we will provide a free replacement for the faulty item(s).

Keycap Coverage

If your keycaps crack, arrive missing, or have initial defects that impact normal use, please contact us with your order number and supporting evidence (e.g., photos/video) to receive complimentary replacements.

What’s Not Covered

To ensure a fair process, the following situations are excluded from our warranty coverage:
  • Intentional Damage: Please handle your keycaps with care. Damage caused intentionally or through obvious misuse is not covered.
  • Compatibility Issues: We strongly advise checking compatibility before purchase. If the keycaps do not fit your keyboard, this is not considered a product defect. In such cases, standard return/exchange policies apply, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
