Ceramic Keycap Split Kit-Modifier

This is the first time I order ceramic keycaps so I cannot compare them with a similar product from a competitor. My review will be about the product itself and my experience with it so far. First, they feel quite heavy which creates a sense of quality. Secondly, when you touch themwith each otherthey make a similar sound like glass which is unexpected but nice. They feel cool to the touch and the matte design I ordered feels soft but not slippery which is great for typing. The white ones allow the rgb to go through which makes your keyboard shine and the side print creates a clean overall look which is very nice to look at. Soundwise they make your switches sound deeper (thockier) but that largely depends on the type of keyboard you have and whether it has foam inside etc. For my keyboard (Nuphy Halo V2 with the tactile switches) the keycaps made it sound deeper and the typing felt easy and satisfying. I tried putting the 2 springs underneath the spacebar for support because the spacebar keycap is quite heavy. For me using only 1 spring was enough. The pricing is very good and I am satisfied with my purchase. The delivery was not very fast but I live in Greece and this company is located in China plus I ordered as soon as the products were available so I think that they had to ship a lot of products at the same time, that's why it took some days to receive the parcel. No customs or extra hidden charges, the packaging was nice and they arrived in one piece. Thank you Tactype!

Received my ceramic keycaps and I’m blown away by the quality - 8 always heard there was some teething issues with other ceramic keycap brands and was so happy to find that everything fit perfectly together and i love the weight / feel of the caps!

I bought these because ceramic keycaps at this price point was too good to pass up. The keys feel fantastic. Smooth and cold to the touch, but with a surprising amount of grip even with sweaty fingers. They feel very premium and the sound is lovely. If you're an RGB lover, you cannot go wrong. They are GORGEOUS when lit up.

The only drawback I've noticed is when it comes to quality control. Legends are at slightly different heights and some keycaps sit a hair higher than other keys in the set. I also had one key with a stem so tight that the key sits very high.

Overall, if you've been wanting to try ceramic key caps without breaking the bank, Tactype is very good value. I don't think I ever would have tried them otherwise.

I think it's a good thing for all of us that there is more competition in the ceramic keycap market. It's a bonus that they're this good out of the gate.

Keys are excellent. Exaclty as described. Beautiful finish. Very nice weight to them. So happy I purchased the whole kit.

Printing is nice, translucency is sufficient.The feel is amazing.

However, these keys were clearly manufactured at sub-cherry size to cut costs, rendering them terrible for typing.So 1 star, because they're not good for THE THING I BOUGHT THEM FOR.

They look and feel amazing the only worries i have are related to the pc atem they seem glued to the ceramic surface hope they will not detach on the long run
